A modern take on Little Red Riding Hood. She is stopped in the forest to read a text of course. Seemed appropriate for our connected times. This is a recent oil painting completed on an 18" x 24" wood panel. I was influenced by the dramatic oil paintings of N. C. Wyeth for Treasure Island and Robin Hood.
